Aluminium in mill finish will easily Oxidised when there is moisture in container. A desiccant is a product or material that can be absorbs moisture from the air, thus reducing the humidity in a controlled environment and thereby protecting goods from moisture damage.

The above machine is used to pack the extruded aluminium profiles. Using Auto Packing Machine will completely protect the surface of the aluminium extrusions during transportation. It has big circle of auto Turntable c/w main motor, feeding motor, turbine gearbox to glue wheel, makes rectilinear motion while transporting through the centre of the big turntable.

Stretch Film Packing – Used at both ends of the Aluminium Profiles and
packed in small bundles. Then these bundles to be placed in a pallet
for loading into containers for shipping. This method seems simple,
economical and considered as fastest packing method.
(Loading Method (Packed in Carton Box)
Packing in Carton boxes is another way of small packaging method, which can maximize the usage of space.
S-Packing method is used to protect the outer surface of the aluminium profile by using LDPE/HDPE from scratches, rubbing issue and prevent from damage during loading and unloading. S-Packing method is widely used for export shipments and it is one of our customer’s preferred packing method.
LDPE Plastic is used for S-Packing, then the bundle will be wrapped with kraft paper. Advantage of kraft paper is aesthetically neat and nice where customer could deliver direct to the End User.
AFAS-Methyl Bromide Fumigate Certificate is a fundamental requirement to protect Australia from pest incursions for variety of imported goods and packaging material. Our fumigators are licensed by the Malaysia Fumigation Accreditation Scheme (MAFAS) and are highly trained to advise exporters on ways to protect our shipments, included USA and all the other countries which has the same requirement.
Heavy Duty Roller platform used to for loading and unloading. This method does not need much manpower and it’s an easier and faster way, especially small bundles.

Lifting by Forklift – For shipment less than 1.5ton, A timber Plank used as a protection to tighten and protect the small bundles. S-packing is implemented as an individual packing before packed into small bundles to make sure all the aluminium profiles delivered safely.
